Mridul Rahman
Managing Partner
Statehouse Group is a reflection of Mridul’s core passion for management consulting service in public sector. With his undergraduate political science and graduate public administration degrees in hand, Mridul moved to Austin in 1997 and joined Deloitte Consulting's public sector practice. He consulted for numerous federal and state agencies from EPA, NC Health & Human Services, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, and Employees Retirement System of Texas.
Mridul's strategy and management consulting skills parlayed well into other industries beyond public sector. From fledgling startups to large telecommunications clients, Mridul was routinely tasked to provide fresh insights and bring immediate relief to existing client challenges. Most recently, Mridul served as Global Vice President for SAP. Within its Global Customer Operations Group, Mridul led large, multi-departmental, geographically diverse global teams in concept to delivery of multiple sales applications for SAP Account Executives and Sales Managers.He specializes in business strategy, Enterprise Resource Planning, IT implementation, and change management.
For Mridul, Statehouse Group is the culmination of his full "human" life cycle. Bringing together his formal education and love of public service with his many years in private practice of aligning people, processes, and technology.
Mridul holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Middlebury College and a Master of Public Administration degree from The Maxwell School of Syracuse University.
Peter Buck
Managing Partner
Peter started his first business in high school fixing computers and installing software. He continues to apply his love of technology and problem solving at companies ranging from startups to the Fortune 500. Peter leads business and technology strategy teams, works as a business architect and manages large scale system integration projects in the high-tech, financial services and healthcare industries. Combining creativity with a methodical approach and team leadership he is driven to achieve success for his clients and continually works to deliver outstanding results.
Peter holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Economics from Fairfield University and an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin.
Tina Robinson
Management Consultant
Tina has long been fascinated by the way people navigate “work,” and has been exploring workplace happiness from human, process, and technology angles throughout her diverse career. She truly believes the right people management practices can help save the world, and is passionate about guiding companies as they transform their approach to talent and redefine their workplace narrative.
With 18 years in human capital and operations management for global organizations and mid-market leaders, Tina brings to her clients expertise in strategic program leadership, global talent development planning, change management, and system and process alignment. She’s a rock star facilitator who can help your organization embed new behaviors through results-focused training supported by executive coaching.
Tina is a Phi Beta Kappa BA graduate from the University of Virginia with an MBA from the University of Michigan. Tina shares her people operations knowledge as a university business school lecturer and as an active volunteer with local nonprofit organizations.
Valerie Romero
Management Consultant
Valerie has extensive experience working for some of the world’s best companies in finance, marketing and project management. Her corporate experience includes Ford Motor Company, Dell, Intel, Pfizer and SAP as well as a variety of smaller successful start-up companies. She is an active investor in Austin real estate and owns a residential property management company, RAM Austin Property Management. She serves on the board of The Sustainable Food Center, Capital of Texas Aquatics and is a mentor with The University of Texas McCombs Graduate Women in Business.
She received her BBA from The University of New Mexico and her MBA from The University of Texas. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and ScrumMaster.
Raja Sampathi
Management Consultant
Raja has over ten years of experience as a management consultant. Specifically, he has focused on Pricing as his chosen field of expertise.
Within Pricing, Raja has helped multiple B2B companies improve their pricing processes. From enabling and implementing best in class pricing software to building pricing analytical models, Raja ensures clients get the most value out of customized models. Raja is a Certified Pricing Professional from the Pricing Professional Society.
Raja is an ardent practitioner of Ashtanga yoga. His additional interests include macro economics, crypto currencies, and the exciting, evolving field of blockchain technology.
Raja holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Visweswariah Technological University and a Master of Science degree from Texas A&M University.
Samer Daouk

Samer Daouk is a top performing management consultant with over 15 years of experience leading cross-functional teams in all aspects of project development – from initial design and strategic planning all the way through to testing and implementation. Recognized as a highly knowledgeable "go-to resource" whose advice on technical matters and project direction is held in prominent esteem by clients, contractors, peers, and key decision-makers.
More recently, Samer has been closely monitoring cryptocurrencies and blockchain and exploring the varying use cases as to how businesses can adopt and leverage the technology. In addition, to investing in cryptocurrencies, Samer has advised various organizations on how to accept crypto as a form of payment as well as more recently worked with a startup to build an an initial coin offering on top of their service.
Samer has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with Software Engineering Specialization from the University of Western Ontario is a certified Project Management Professional and ScrumMaster.
Michael Khan

Michael is a seasoned management consulting professional with extensive background in project management, software development, and IT implementation. Prior to joining Statehouse Group, Michael led his own company providing management consulting services in financial, telecom, media, and government sectors.
Outside Statehouse Group, Michael dedicates his time to pre-vocational and vocational experiences for individuals with developmental disabilities. Michael has carried over his love of watching and playing cricket from his United Kingdom days to his current residence in the Washington DC area.
Michael has a BA in History from Croydon College with additional training in business and system process improvement.
Sunil Shenoy
Management Consultant
Sunil enjoys planning and delivering complex process and technology projects with a special focus on turning around broken projects. He has 20+ years of hands-on experience in large enterprises and start-ups in Life Sciences, Utilities, Public Sector and Telecom/Media industries. He is skilled in taking complex projects from strategy to implementation including key areas such as RFP, contracts, product/project management, solution architecture, software development, staffing/managing delivery teams, project governance, global release/change management and building collaborative relationships between vendors and clients.
Sunil has a MS in Engineering from Louisiana State University and an MBA from The University of Texas. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute (PMI) since 2003.
